Akio Toyoda – Master Driver

Spherica has worked with one of the world’s largest car brands – Lexus – to produce a series of VR experiences as part of the “Lexus Defined” initiative. Over the course of six months, Spherica worked on three immersive short films that aimed to tell the brand's story in a completely new way. The episode “Akio Toyoda – Master Driver” was filmed on the iconic Fuji race track in Japan where Akio Toyoda – the president of Toyota Motor Corporation himself – test-drove the newest Lexus car prototype.
