Some global problems, especially climate change, are better understood when the true scale can be witnessed in 360 degrees. That's why Spherice provided its drone services complete with its proprietary hardware stabilized rig to fully capture the scale of the problem in the Isle de Jean Charles in Louisiana, a place that has lost 98% of its land to flooding and rising sea levels. Spherica worked with RYOT to produce an episode about the first climate refugees in the US for "The Big Picture: News in Virtual Reality" – a VR series for the Hulu VR app.
